I’m doing a research paper for my env. Science class and I have to do mine on Lake Como. I’ve torn the internet apart for specific information. This si what I need to know
1. The history of the body of water, if not that’s fine.
2. The developments that have taken place
3. The environmental stresses
4. any run off into the water? does it affect the ecosystem?
If anyone has any information can you please help! This project is completely ridiculous because I can barely find any info on Lake Como except what wiki has and the wiki doesn’t have this stuff.

This should get you started. A part of your problem in finding information is that there are a lot of places, especially in the US, called Lake Como. You need to be specific enough that your search targets the one here in Italy. Then. Lago Como is a tourist mecca, so a lot of the information is oriented that way. You’ll find more scientific information if you look at sites in Italian.
